Detailed Proposal

You receive a clear, written proposal outlining scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing.

Scheduling

Once approved, we agree on a projected start date. We complete one project at a time to ensure full attention to your home.

Project Execution

Work begins with careful preparation, followed by expert application and daily supervision by the owner.

Final Walkthrough & Completion

We review the finished work with you and address any concerns immediately. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion.

Our Exterior Painting Process in Greater Boston, MA

1. Surface Preparation

We scrape all loose or failing paint and sand surfaces using HEPA-equipped power sanders to minimize dust.
2. Repairs & Protection
We replace rotted wood where needed, fill holes with epoxy, and caulk all seams to prevent moisture intrusion.
3. Priming
All exposed wood is sealed using oil-based primer to protect against water and extend paint life.
4. Premium Paint Application
We apply two full coats of high-quality paint (Sherwin-Williams preferred, Benjamin Moore available upon request).
5. Clean-Up & Inspection
We maintain a clean job site daily and perform detailed inspections before considering the job complete.
